Founded by Billy Wilson "BW" Miller in 1973, our philosophy has been to take exceptional care of existing clients and the rest will follow. Mr. Miller set the standard of client service and our professionals are proud to carry on this tradition.

Our firm's services are varied and broad, with a common theme of partnering with our clients to achieve their goals, be it tax, financial or otherwise. We do not measure our success in terms of our professional service capabilities, number of clients served or fees billed. We view success as having been chosen to join the "team" of trusted advisors that surround our clients; often including their attorney, banker, investment advisor, insurance professional, etc.

And finally, a number of our professionals have worked in private industries at some point in their careers. This industry experience often allows us to view issues, challenges and opportunities from our client’s perspective, and to leverage our past experiences to develop customized solutions that work.
